What Mariya I doesn't like about Kebab Express:
They late over 1 hour and a half.. they didn't let us know that the order will be delayed. Plus that my order was over 25£ and I've put a note what kind of Free drink I would like ,but they didn't send it at all. Very disappointing, if is any delays theg have to let us know . After that they had to refund 3£ back like a compensation,but Im still waiting ..... not happy at all View all feedback.

The delivery was fast and we received a very generous portion. I will definitely order from here again.
Great food as always but more than 45 minutes late with no warning or apology. All I would have liked was a courtesy call to say it’s late.
Food was cold Chips and onion rings over cooked or refried
The food at the restaurant was delicious, but unfortunately the delivery experience was quite disappointing. The driver claimed to have tried ringing my buzzer multiple times, but I had witnesses who confirmed that this was not true. When confronted, the driver tried to shift the blame onto me, saying he had been waiting downstairs for a long time. Despite this, the restaurant provided excellent customer service when I called to inquire about the driver's whereabouts. However, I was put off by the driver's rudeness and unprofessionalism. He arrived late, did not call the contact number provided, and then lied about not being able to find the address. This resulted in a frustrating and unpleasant delivery experience. The food was great, but the delivery driver's behavior was disrespectful and unacceptable.
