Some customers have reported missing items from their orders, encountering unprofessional staff, or being served dishes they specifically requested to avoid. On the bright side, other diners have enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and decent meals at reasonable prices. The menus are somewhat limited but offer value for money. While there are areas for improvement, such as addressing noise levels from children and maintaining food quality, Tesco cafes can be a convenient option for a quick meal or snack.

Very happy with the food. It arrived hot and fresh. I do enjoy the food from here as often go in with my little boy, so thought I'd try a delivery. No issues at all. Portion sizes just right for me and nearly 3 year old. Fried egg was runny thank you so much, love runny eggs. Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast.
