Great taste. Halal food. Fresh and delicious. Pizza and chicken kebab ordered. I loved every bite. Come on. My favorite trip in Hull.

Ordnete the spicy vegetarian pizza, but received the spicy beef pizza. It wasn't clear until I had eaten half the pizza that it was the wrong order, because the beef taste was not unmistakable. As a vegetarian, I am extremely upset that I was served meat. After that they gave a spicy vegetarian pizza for free. Overall, I always loved the pizza here, but now I'm afraid to go back. Make sure to check your order and pizzas!!!

I've had better frozen pizzas (better quality and better in price) chips was under cooked. 3 pizza and 2 chips for £20 Rip off

AWFUL SERVICE Ordered some food a few days ago and when it came we were missing half of our order. The takeaway had closed by the time we got (some of) our food so we couldn't phone and ask them to deliver the rest of the food that night. Phoned a few times since then to ask for a refund but always got fobbed off, with staff saying the manager wasn't in and I should call back later, and when I called again the manager still wasn't in. Awful service, won't order again. If someone from Pizza Hot wants to get in touch to refund the money feel free.

Rude girl who answered the phone. Zero to No customer service skills! When i called to chase a LATE order the girl shouted At me for being so busy and gave the phone to someone else saying “customer deal with it”! Rude and No manners, embarrassing for the owner! God help them in a genuinely stressful job!
