While some patrons have encountered frustrating experiences, including incorrect orders, unhelpful staff, and undercooked food, others have praised the exceptional service provided by certain employees. Notable commendations were directed towards team members who went above and beyond to assist customers, emphasizing their commitment to service. Despite the commendations, recurrent issues—like unresponsive management and malfunctioning equipment—suggest a need for improvement in consistency and overall customer experience. As diners reflect on their visits, it's clear that service quality remains a significant concern.
I had a great experience at McDonald's today thanks to the fantastic customer service. When I entered the restaurant, I was warmly greeted by a kind young man named Owen. I was having some issues with my app, and Owen went above and beyond to help me resolve them. Although it wasn't his responsibility, he was extremely helpful and polite. Owen truly exemplifies what excellent customer service looks like and I'm sure his family is very proud of him. The entire staff at this branch is always friendly, but Owen went the extra mile to assist me. Thank you so much, Owen, you truly made my day!
Man called Matthew was extremely rude in the collecting window telling me I should be concentrating on what he’s doing rather than talking to my significant other. As someone who used to work for McDonald’s for numerous years I know this is no where near the customer service standard that should be met with every customer. It has really disappointed me seeing someone doing a job I used to love with so little respect for customers.
I ordered one simple cup of tea 25 minutes wait and 30 orders behind the queue I decided to give up and leave my drink behind. Totally under staffed and truly disgusting service. For one simple cup of tea. Won’t be going back as this establishment is clearly badly managed.
I had the pleasure of being served by a young man around 3am today at this restaurant. His customer service skills were exceptional and he is truly an asset to McDonald's. Although we couldn't find a name badge, please pass along our praise to this outstanding employee.
On April 16th, we received the wrong order at the restaurant. When we arrived home after a 20-minute drive, we discovered that our order had been mixed up with another customer's. We called the restaurant to speak to the manager, who asked for our name and phone number to reschedule the pickup of our correct order. When we returned on May 6th, our name was not in the book as promised. The manager asked many questions, but ultimately refused to help us and did not give us the correct order. We were forced to pay for the order all over again.
