Went to order food there was 4 staff behind the counter all chatting giggling to each other with their backs to me. They saw I was stood waiting but didn't acknowledge me for over 5 mins. After ordering the food I went to sit down. However it was so cold I couldn't take my coat scarf off. I wasn't able to enjoy my food as it was cold.
