Always great food, amazing staff and a nice place to sit and eat
Recently refurbished, friendly warm welcome from the girls that work there. The food is homemade and so tasty. Breakfasts are a must. The sausage rolls, scotch eggs are amazing the cakes and cookies are yummy. Highly recommend with cheap prices too.

This was our first visit, and it definitely won't be our last. It's clear that many diners are regulars, both for dining in and taking out, thanks to the extensive menu options. The service was quick, and the prices are fantastic!
Last week, I had breakfast, which was served hot, fresh, and in generous portions. To my pleasant surprise, the bacon was not greasy. A few days prior, I tried the rocky road dessert, which was unique and intriguing, especially the topping. The staff appears to have a basic understanding of additional needs and disabilities, making an effort to accommodate where possible. The café is wheelchair accessible, but assistance may be needed at the entrance. Inside, the café is beautifully decorated with photographs showcasing its history as a former railway station waiting room, and a log fire adds warmth to the atmosphere. The only drawback I've noticed is the lack of customer restrooms. Overall, I highly recommend this place, especially for breakfast!
