Crowded but love the chicken. The festivals are fantastic and the seasoned fries are one of a kind. None of the other chains rival Island Grill's fries. As a matter of fact it's only because of Island that I started eating fries again. Love the chicken. Love the fries! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Island Grill:
The wait in the deive thru was too long. The cups that they served the drink in was useless and kept spilling in the car. And when I asked for a cup holder the lady had an attitude as if i should not have asked. Generally like Island Grill but this outlet was poor. View all feedback.
I seem to get a healthier food here. No fried food...option between jerk,barbecue etc baked fries....wasn't bad at all.

Not the usually crowded scene today. Order was ready in a jiffy. Workers knew their tasks and handled them efficiently, effectively and quickly.
Food was good....Service through the Drive Thru was slow today, but attendant was very pleasant. Need to improve on the speed.
Its after 4 in the afternoon and they don't have any vege chunks stew peas and no soup. I saw the chicken sandwich displayed with serving of green plantain and was advised its no longer offered. Also saw a sign that NCB Quisk is used as a paynwnt option and the cashier wasn't aware of the option. I showed her the sign and she said its the first she's seeing. The supervisor then advised that its not used. Island Grill you have false advertisements, staff that does not know the payment option that is displayed next to her basic offereings not available.
