Despite the location not being the most appealing, we chose to stop at this Subway while on our journey along I-40. To our pleasant surprise, the restaurant was incredibly clean, and the food was neatly arranged in its containers—no mess or spills on the counters. Everything looked and tasted fresh, and the level of organization was impressive. The dressings were well-contained with no overflow. Both the counters and tabletops were immaculate. The restroom was tidy as well, although the lock seemed somewhat untrustworthy. We would definitely consider stopping by again.

I've visited this location several times, and it seems the staff are more focused on chatting with each other than on serving customers. During my visit at 1 PM, I found that they had run out of all types of bread except for a few slices of wheat bread—only about three available. I plan to let Casey's know that their Subway franchise needs some improvements. While I can understand this happening occasionally, it's incredibly frustrating to waste my lunch break and return to work hungry.

While the neighborhood may not be the most appealing, we decided to stop at this Subway while traveling on I40. The restaurant appeared clean, with the food neatly arranged in the containers (no mess or spills on the counters). Everything looked and tasted fresh, and the overall organization was impressive. The dressings stayed in place without dripping down the sides. Both the counters and tabletops were spotless. Although the restroom left something to be desired, we would definitely stop here again.

My initial experience at this restaurant was quite discouraging, as my order was canceled because they had run out of bread. On my second visit, I arrived only to discover that they were closing early due to being completely out of stock on all their items. During my third attempt, I ordered a Black Forest ham footlong through the mobile app, but I received a veggie sub instead. When I went inside to resolve the issue, I had to wait in line with ten other customers.

The restaurant definitely needs to hire more staff. I understand that finding help can be tough these days, but it's not ideal for young employees to be working alone. I placed my order online, yet I still had to wait over an hour at the store, which seems to be a recurring issue at all local locations. Subway really needs to improve its customer service!
