I got an icy venti apple sharp heel milk macchiato with pumpkin cold foam, pumpkin sauce and caramel sauce it is amazing! sirup was not very well mixed, but I know it's hard to mix the syrup in a macchiato. so they take a stray to mix it if not so well mixed. my mother got an icy chai with apple-brown sugar and mandel milk with tasty very good! also got a pumpkin cream cheese muffin that was amazing! she has the kale... What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I can't believe they sell you a cup, but when you ask them to pour coffee into it, they refuse to touch it because of COVID. However, they are handling other plastic cups behind the counter with their bare hands. I'm at a loss for words at how ridiculous that is. I can understand if someone brought their own cup to use, but this just doesn't make sense. View all feedback.
This place is close to me and to get coffee local is important to me. This location is bigger on the inside, very comfortable seats when you can find one. The drink selection is great, the food there is good, I mean seriously what more can I tell you.
The staff is really great. I’m only giving one star because because management is shameful. They are neglecting these wonderful employees who are basically doing cardio all day. Every time I come to this store the employees are running around like the place is on fire. It’s clear that their staffing is the problem not the effort of the employees on shift. Get these pour souls some help.

Very rude and incredibly slow. The staff was focused on the drive-thru and mobile orders and ignored the people in line. When asked if there was someone that could help us, Greg snapped back that she was making food and would be with us when she was done. A simple we will be right with you or acknowledgment goes a long way. Someone needs to teach Greg that a snippy attitude isn 't conducive to good customer service.
Has had staffing issues from day one, and long wait times. Even though I order the same beverage everyday, results vary immensely!After being patient for over a year, I tried to address recurring issues with a shift supervisor, and they were incredibly dismissive. They talked to me like I didn’t know anything.
