Thomas works Tuesday through Saturday from 10 PM to 7 AM, and he crafts the best sandwiches in the Kingston area. They’re genuinely impressive. My wife and I always make a point to order when he’s on shift because our orders are consistently perfect. When Thomas is working, it’s a clear 10/10. If he’s not, the quality drops to about a 6/10, as you can definitely tell the difference.

The cashiers here are by far the slowest I've encountered. I visit daily for my breakfast and coffee, but the line only gets longer. The problem is consistent: the cashiers tend to be older and take their time. It’s not about fairness; it’s about noticing that some workers just can’t keep up with the pace.
