The menu features many vegan options, such as nut or seed milk for coffee drinks, salads, sandwiches, and baked goods. The cafe also offers an Oatmeal cup made with vegan milk or water. The restaurant uses local ingredients and has a stylish interior decorated with retro and antique items that are available for sale. Outdated Lite is 100 percent vegetarian, with staff knowledgeable about vegan options. While most food items are packaged for grab-and-go, drinks are made fresh by a skilled barista. As of January 2020, Outdated Lite has returned to being lacto-ovo-vegetarian after a vegan trial period in 2019. Be sure to inquire about vegan offerings when visiting.

The restaurant is charming and inviting, making it a great place to hang out. The menu is a bit limited, with only a couple sandwiches, a soup, and a salad available. I hope they expand their menu to attract more customers, even though I understand they have space constraints and have to bring food from another location. The baked goods are limited, but absolutely delicious. We tried the sugar cookie and chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting, and they were both amazing. I also hope they extend their hours as they become more popular, especially by staying open on weekends to accommodate those with traditional work schedules.

Another available vegan product is the Oatmeal cup, although it can help to say you need the cereals made with vegan milk or water. The restaurant favors local ingredients. The interior of the new café; is smart and chic, as a fan of Outdated: An Antique Cafe; would expect. Retro and antique items decorate the place and are available for sale in most cases. Like the original Outdated, Outdated Lite is 100 percent vegetarian and the staff are aware of vegan worries. While most meals are in packages, drinks are ordered by a real barista.
