Mother Earth Storehouse - Kingston

Previously, I visited mother earth in poughkeepsie and freaked out when I found there was also one in kingston! the load itself has a tonne strangely hard to find vegan eating, but it is definitiw on the pricier side. great if they are looking for an obscure article. Nevertheless, the caffe is the main reason why I go. they have finished dishes that are great if they don't have time to make lunch before work. they also prepare the dinge fresh and offer seating. the veggie burger and cäsar salat are both large and delicious. great lunch place safe! the in poughkeepsie has fresh vegan apple zidiger donuts, scones, biscotti and more. until they begin to make them at the Kingston site, this remains 4 stars.

Let us first talk about why I didn't give them 5 stars. they are the prices. I know I get it, it's a small business that doesn't sell large quantities of items but, they are so overpriced it borders on price gallery. they really have a big inventory if money is not an object and the products are reasonable. the bulk food section is huge and a great option to buy smaller quantities and some cost on this way to save. the cafe though. what a lifesetter in kingston, which is nothing else than failed chains that sell the worst food. the salatable is wonderful with many options, there are 2 suppen per day with one and sometimes both vegan, they make all kinds of sandwiches and there are many delicious choices in the Deli counter. the falafels are the best. there is also a hot bar in the week with 2-3 vegan options and 1 not vegan. 3/20/19-Sad to report there is an affirmation of an anti-Semitic incident when a hired person closes the light door on another employee in a walk-in cooler and said that she now knows how it would be to be in a gas chamber and she calls it "f’in jew". Now this is bad enough on its own, but reports that management has done nothing until the social media have been in knowledge of it and have actually told the sacrifice to remain silent or be fired. I personally will not buy there. sunflower in woodstock is a much better loading anyway and about a caffe in the supplement almost finished.

I remember when this was loading a quarter of the size. there were some prepared foods, but nothing compared to what I had today. I ate a sausage pfefferquesadilla, potato, makkaroni cultivated chikn salads, and a chocolate chip sandwich cookie - all vegan, all delicious. there is so much more I wanted to try; I have to wait for my next visit!

Great store, has all the vegan options!!!! Could get a little expensive though. The Nature's Pantry in New Windsor is a bit cheaper.

This very large store has a great, fresh selection of most items you can think of and you can eat at the buffet/deli in the back of the store. The deli has vegetarian and vegan dishes made fresh daily. A great place to take the family for a quick, healthy bite.
