I absolutely adore this charming little spot in Kingston. It is located in a quaint, historic house right off the main road, with a beautiful farm that really shines in good weather. The farm-to-table menu is delicious, and the atmosphere at the Rabbit Hole Bar is just delightful. The service is always top-notch! Yesterday afternoon, we went to use a gift certificate for friends and ended up indulging in a cocktail. It was impossible to resist ordering from the tempting menu. We tried the Gremolata Encrusted Seared Salmon with Spring Rain mixed greens Celeriac Salad, Lemon Vinaigrette wild Foraged Huckleberries, and the Gnocchi made from German butterball potatoes, with white wine celeraic cream, sundried cherry tomatoes, roasted pick-up, roasted pine nut, and Maggie's Farm Sor. Paired with a glass of Zinfandel and Chenin Blanc... perfection!

This place is wonderful. Atmosphere is warm, with farmhouse chic decor many raw wood, fresh flowers, ceramic foot for free. The food is very cheap $9-$20 and menu has an amazing variety. There are Kimchee pancakes to die for! , rabbits, falafel, hummus pancakes, salads with fresh farm veggies in season, pizza, soups, etc. The house Sangria is refreshing without tartness or overwhelming sweetness. The pastries are diverse and hearty. Local wines, beers and inspired cocktails finish the beverage list. Very recommended.

As the owner of Port Gamble Guest Houses in Port Gamble, we are always eating, etc. in the area to recommend to our guests. We've been to Mossback a few times and enjoyed every visit. We love the casual atmosphere (we sit next to the artificial fireplace) and the attention you receive from all employees. And the food? Fantastic! We look forward to the food in the backyard next summer.
