Contribute Feedback What Ali B Raposo likes about Kingston Pizza:
The first time I got a pizza the bottom crust was doughy. I didn't make a fuss because it was takeout and it was ready way before we got there. The second time I had a calzone eating in and the same thing. I'm guessing it was not being cooked enough on the bottom. But the last visit, all was good and flavorful! Maybe it depends on the cook. What Joey Hawk doesn't like about Kingston Pizza:
Went to the Briar lane location trying Kingstown pizza for the first time. I ordered the grilled Chicken Sandwich. There was no honey mustard on it. I ask for extra cheese, no extra cheese. The lettuce was yellow and white and soggy the tomatoes were soggy. I didn't even finish the sandwich. I would never come back to this place again. First experiment should be good View all feedback.
I understand if you need to close early and can't fulfill an order, but it’s important to communicate that to your customers. Now I have a hungry group of friends, and by the time I discovered the cancellation (which I had to investigate on my own), other places were already closed. While I can’t comment on the food itself, I won't be returning. **Edit:** In response to the owner's comment, I recognize that online orders may have different hours than the restaurant's actual hours. However, this was not clearly stated on the website, which led to this misunderstanding. The system should either prevent orders from being placed during those hours or refrain from sending confirmation emails. I suggest updating your website to prevent confusion for future customers. Also, a phone call or email about the cancellation would have been appreciated so I would have known my order was indeed canceled.
I absolutely love this restaurant! I frequently order delivery, and the food is consistently hot and delicious. The delivery drivers are also very friendly!
They just canceled our order. It was a frustrating experience.
