Wendy's - Kingston

Store hours are incorrect, they do not close at 10, they close at 9 at the very least. Hopefully the franchise owner can update the listing. Employee wouldn’t let me in to order, at 9:30, asked if I could walk through the drive through to order and was told yes. Some guy with heavy facial acne stood there and laughed at me but didn’t serve me.

Service was quick and friendly. Ordered a Baconator combo with large fries and a large drink, and my order was ready almost as soon as I finished filling my cup at the soda fountain. I ordered to go, but there is a large spacious, fairly well lit dining area you can sit at if you order dine in. Location is easy enough to access from Princess Street and has plenty of parking available. I'd recommend here if you are looking for a quick bite to eat while running errands nearby

Usually a short line up, but no more than 2 people ahead. Great staff, always make me smile. Willing to work with you if there's something gone wrong. Good place.

Terrible service by the lady in the drivethru. Our triple triples tasted like they had no sugar, and said lady in the drivethru refused to rectify the obvious error. We received no fork for the chili cheese fries, and returned to the drivethru window to request one. The same lady then practically shoved the fork at me, and closed the window abruptly in my face. We will not be returning here, clearly they aren't fond of connecting with their paying customers.

One of my favorite Wendy's locations. They never mess up my orders and the burgers and fries are always perfect cooked.
