Tim Hortons - Kingston

So that's a terrible place that was always the worst I was in town. I don't think I ever had a positive experience here; every time I go, no matter which I choose drivethru or in (both are almost always very busy) service is unacceptable slow and poor. her drivethru gets so long and slow I see people coming out of him regularly after I don't move at all for minutes at a time, and I have seen lineups coming inside out the door (sometimes both of these events at once). this is due to the fact that they never more than one person who order at once a common thema at tims locations and an increasing number of other almost food places and the one person who orders will be for at least 30 seconds after each customer, how come they! I had also screwed up my order here several times and I'm pretty sure I was also charged wrong. I have brought back some painting articles because they are wrong, or in a case a badly mixed/bad icy cap, and was given almost every time a hard time. apart from being in a quite central location, there is absolutely nothing good about this restaurant and it is a good time to stay away; when they read other reviews as well as they will see that many people agree and say much the same thing I am here.

Very disappointed. I was served a burned sandwich. back to order the same sandwich again and they grounded the order again by adding speck. the third time turned around the third time so that she could do it right. the lack of care is so disappointing. could not talk to the manager as no one was available

I've been stuck in the drive-dru lineup that wasn't even 3 pm hurry for 40 minutes. window is suggested that they include the doors for too foot and the order that they are more employees. When I came into the window, they couldn't even find my job that was just a simple bag I had ordered that was in the app for a dollar. the manager sat me and said that there were 3 people, no robots. he also asked me if I was a hot with reference to the work there, I worked in coffee for 11 years 150 cars per hour 25 seconds for car was in the target not 40 minutes. I would recommend to stay away from this place a order another that is polite and better service

If you love being late for anything, then this is the location for you! No joke 20 minutes to clear the drive through. After the 3rd time with these 20 minute wait times, I just gave up on this location. To be fair I visited Weeks apart and at different times of day to give them a fair chance. Didn't make a difference. Sloooooooow
