What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
The woman at the service window was exceptionally nice and kind. The meal was fairly quick to be handed out the window. But after getting home and opening my meal that cost me $31 (Big Crunch combo and four chilli cheese burritos). My burritos had approximately two tablespoons of filling in them. This is hardly $31 worth of food and Taco Bell or this location of Taco Bell should be embarrassed to serve so little yet... View all feedback.
The food was great, as always, and the service was friendly. My only complaint is that they discontinued the rice, which means I can no longer order my favorite burrito.
The food is always fantastic—I've never had a bad experience with my orders from this Taco Bell in Kingston.
My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. The staff was very rude and showed a lack of respect. It felt like there was a clear bias against white customers. Additionally, the food didn’t meet my expectations and was unpleasant. To top it off, they ended up hanging up on me four times when I tried to reach out.
I ordered through their website/online ordering, and did the pick up through the drive thru as the main restaurant part seemed to have closed early. I ordered bean tacos, as I’m a vegetarian, and was given meat tacos. I tried going to walk in and fix it, but the doors were locked and the employees ignored me politely knocking and trying to get their attention to fix it. I then tried calling 3 times to have it fixed, and they never answered the phone. There were several other cars in line, and I had to keep going at this point to get to a timed event.In the end, I had to throw away the tacos as I couldn’t eat them and paid for something that was wrong. It was bad customer service all around and a very frustrating experience! And my partner who did get food said that it was cold and soggy. Why did I give Taco Bell another shot? They are HORRIBLE.
Apparently they want to push KFC here. KFC had a full menu, Taco Bell menu kept scrolling. So you had to read fast, if you don't know what you want. There for long time ordering. And as I was watching about 30 people ordered between the drive-thru, and walk ins. And only about 3 ordered KFC.
