Burger King - Kingston

Amazing service! I jumped tonight. I had some special requests in the note area. I have used the opportunity to thank the staff who tell them they are safe! When did we thank the essential workers we often look at the service industry? But who are we dependent on feeding our babies / or our belly bags if we do not want to brave the grocery lines! When we were busy cooking. Or just if we're just too lazy. To my surprise, this beautiful note was attached to my bag! What felt absolutely wonderful that I was able to bring happiness and kindness into the layer Let us think we are all in this together let 's be kind! I recommend this location

Bite quickly when I'm in downtown. As Psw, we're on our way, we need to grab fast. This is in downtown hub kingston. As a local, easy to grasp. The bad part is changing hours like crazy u never know when they are opened or not for wak in / dine in. Staff is a big problem as everywhere. There is a table with no lace covered by a box was so for weeks. I don't understand why the main office doesn't fix it. The menu board also needs some Tlc. The staff decent n kindly with which I never had a problem. King Food Deal grab cheap.

Things have changed so much since I worked there. Just the same is the food. Pull a chair tho it awhile before you get your food. They need new management. This place drops faster, then the titanic

Was given this as a chocolate milkshake today ..... I go here everyday I get a chocolate milkshake everyday it is always filled up right into the lid and mixed properly today I got one and the little girl with beige headscarf behind the counter she gives me this and I looked at her stunned and I said I'm missing about a quarter of my milkshake there and it's not mixed either and she goes no that's what you get we have a cup that determines the size and yes it is mixed .... like I haven't bought one there every other day for the last few years .... including 2 last night and 1 the day before ..... Guess the customer is not always right at this place .. but the minimum wage employee who work there a month definitely lost my business..... For you to just flat out tell me I'm wrong and expect this to be okay you need some customer service skills lady I worked in fast food for a long time for you to go and make my shake properly would have taken you less than a minute but instead you'd rather argue with the customer....nice job

Parking is poorly laid out, and food quality is hit or miss. Service seems to be all over the place as well, as we had not issues with service or getting our food quick, but the customers ahead of us had to wait a while in line and had previously been waiting outside in the drive-thru before being told it was closed (there wasnt a sign saying it was closed anywhere that I saw). Ordered a pretzel bacon king, and found the bacon to be small and soggy, and there didnt seem to be much sauce. Also the burger patties seemed a bit overcooked. I'll give them another chance to see if anything improves, but I dont recommend it here when there are plenty of better buger places or fast food restaurants close by.
