The service was incredibly quick and the hospitality was top-notch at this restaurant in Eastern Tennessee. I tried the chicken and pulled pork, and it was the best BBQ I have ever had. It definitely outshines the competition, even the "BBQ Pit" nearby. Unfortunately, I was unable to return for lunch again. View all feedback.
What Mark M doesn't like about The Shack:
Not the friendliest staff, especially for the lackluster food, meat cooked to the point of being dried out. The chicken quesadilla was the best thing we tried in our group. View all feedback.

I had not dined at that restaurant in years but was in the area and decided to stop for lunch. It was just as delicious as I remembered.
Collard greens are amazing, can go there just for those. It feels more like a local bar, but the food is much better than you would expect at a bar.
It's a wonderful place to eat barbeque or whatever you want!
Had a burger for take out. It was a good burger and staff was very nice!
