I appreciate the laid-back attitude of this location when it comes to charging customers for orders that are never fulfilled, acknowledged, or refunded. The staff must be earning a pretty good wage at Subway to be fine with customers being charged for items they never actually receive or receive refunds for. View all feedback.
The restaurant is short on staff, but those who are working there are dedicated and put in a great effort to provide excellent customer service.
Extremely slow service. There was only one staff member working, but even so, it shouldn’t take 35 minutes to receive a sandwich when there's just one person ahead of you in line.

This place is okay as long as you don't work there. They always put one person by themselves during very busy shifts and it comes through in the service because they're obviously very tired and stressed out. Not the workers fault, this place literally pays people $8 an hour in 2023. Need a more?
