Starbucks - Kingsport

I stopped by this restaurant before work and will make a point to order here instead of going to a fast food place. The service from Amber was fantastic. She was busy but still managed to make each customer feel important, and my drink was exceptional. She handled everything with ease and grace, even though the restaurant was busy. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Amber!

My little sister and I always come to this restaurant and we refuse to go anywhere else! We are regulars here, and almost all the staff know our order by heart. They are always so sweet and never get my order wrong. I always look forward to coming here because the staff is friendly and always treat us wonderfully. We come here at least 3 times a week and they always manage to make even the worst days better.

The service at this restaurant was very slow with only two girls working. There were bugs flying around and landing on open food containers. The containers were not washed properly, just rinsed off with water. Additionally, the workers were not very friendly.

Very good place to meet with friends and have a chat after gym

Got a iced caramel macciato very good and the staff is helpful and friendly.
