Sonic Drive-in - Kingsport

That is unacceptable, even thinking about sending that out. Thank you for ruining the dinner.

On a road trip and needed something quick. I wasn't in the mood for a hot dog so I decided to try the burger. It was good. I wish they would put the menu on both sides of the stalls.

I come here every day for lunch, good food, great employees, and fast service.

Truly love Sonic for a quick stop. The food is not fancy but it is classic drive-in restaurant/diner food. Burgers, fries, tater tots, hotdogs, corn dogs, breakfast burritos and sandwiches are available all day. Milkshakes are tasty and thick. There are soft-serve deserts and an almost uncountable variety of frozen slushy drinks. Soft drinks and ice cream floats are also available. Service is fast and friendly. My favorite is the corn dogs.

I come to this sonic quite often however lately it has been lacking. Buns are usually hard and fries are cold. I ordered ahead on the app and chose my food to be ready at 12:15 since I was about 10 minutes away I got there and was told my food had been sitting back awhile and would have to wait if i wanted hot fries. I specifically ordered to have my food made at a certain time so it would be hot and fresh. If you cannot make it at a certain time then their should not be an option to do that. The car hop proceeds to tell me that they will remake it just this one time for me but thats it and the order came back a long time ago.No ones fault but the app I guess from now on will probably just order when I get there.
