Ordered from the App with a reward, came in at the appointed time and waited 14 minutes while 5 people walked up to the counter and ordered and got theirs fast. I think something is wrong with the app processor in the store. The next time I ordered without a reward everything went fine. Ordered again about a week later on the app with a reward, I went in at the appointed time, the store wasn’t busy and the order wasn’t ready. I love this place. Every time I am near 1 -I stop by. I'm lactose intolerant and I know when I have accidentally gotten ahold of something because I am miserably sick. This is as close to ice cream as I've found. I tried a chocolate banana protein shake and YES YES YES. The protein powder is well hidden. The angel food cake is great and simple. Had the worst experience with the GM Chadwick. I need to order six smoothies. 2 angel food, 2 pineapple, 2 Caribbean Way. He told me he couldn’t do that Ihad to come in. I said I will just order three and I am happy to go back through the drive-through. And then he volunteered I’ll make your six this time but I won’t do it again.
