Pizza Plus

When I returned the food, I asked about a refund for the delivery charge since I brought it back myself, but that request was also denied. The main point of this rant is to spread the word about their lesser-than-stellar service. I certainly wouldn’t recommend spending any money at this establishment.

Don't waste your time. The pizza used to be good, but not anymore. You'd be better off going to Weigel's.

The service here is fast and friendly. I've ordered from this location several times and have hardly had any complaints.

I stopped by the restaurant and placed a walk-in order. There were only two ladies inside—one was on the phone while the other was at the counter. I waited about two minutes, just two feet away from the counter staff, before I was acknowledged. While I was placing my order, another lady came in, apparently just returning from a delivery. It took a few minutes to get my order right as the staff member at the counter kept misreading it. I ordered a large thin crust pizza with sausage and hamburger, but she repeatedly asked me for the toppings. I had to repeat my order several times. She also asked whether I wanted a regular or thin crust pizza, and I had to clarify again. After some confusion, she told me it would take around 10 to 12 minutes. I decided to wait in my truck and would return in a bit. About 8 minutes later, one of the ladies—who I believe was the one on the phone—came over to my truck with my pizza. She was very polite and friendly. Overall, my experience was positive, and my order was correct.

This little store has made a big turnaround definitely glad to see the smiling faces welcoming us as we come to eat and the way they react and treated my children was awesome especially the manager as she was so busy with everything else but still had time for her customers she is great big turn around with this place with her Love it ??
