Panera Bread - Kingsport

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Panera. I didn't realize they offered breakfast items, as I usually go to Starbucks for my morning fix. However, today Starbucks was sold out of my usual orders so I decided to give Panera a try. I was delighted to discover they have a breakfast menu. I ordered a chocolate croissant, which was delicious, and a Madagascar vanilla cream cold brew with almond milk and caramel syrup added. The coffee was excellent, especially considering I am very particular about my iced coffees. I give 4 stars because I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on Ciabatta, and while the bacon, eggs, and bread were great, the cheese was chewy and didn't taste good. I ended up taking it off and the sandwich tasted much better. I will remember to order my sandwiches without cheese in the future. Overall, Panera offers a great breakfast selection and fantastic coffee. The service was also excellent. I will definitely be returning to try more items. If you're in the market for a new breakfast spot, I highly recommend giving Panera a try.

I placed a catering order at 8am and was able to pick it up within an hour, which was faster than the estimated time. Casey did a fantastic job preparing and getting the order ready for me. This was extremely important to me as I was on a work trip and needed the order quickly. I highly recommend this restaurant! Casey was very kind and helpful.

We ordered from the app. If the staff had followed directions, it would have been a 5-star rating. However, both chicken sandwiches were not made correctly, with excessive mayo and the wrong toppings. I prefer a different spread on my sandwiches, so I had to take both of them apart and remake them.

Food was good. Service average. A small bowl of chicken soup (I can't even visualize how small a cup of soup would be), two small pieces of baguette and a lemonade was nearly $15. That's ridiculous. Won't be going back there any time soon.

Staff was very nice. I do however recommend that employees understand the difference between basil and parsley as yes , it does change the taste of whatever you're eating... of yall were out , you could have told me instead of hoping I'm stupid ? anyway, the staff was indeed super nice.
