Mcdonald's - Kingsport

I ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches, but my daughter and I didn't eat them until we got home. I was really upset because I couldn't chew the sandwiches; they were missing pickles and mayonnaise, and they were burnt. Both sandwiches were like that. We specifically chose this McDonald's on Henry Ave because we had bad experiences at the Lynn Garden location. I was very disappointed.

I visited my favorite drive-thru for a quick mocha coffee, but was asked to pull forward because my order wasn't ready. After waiting for 10 minutes, someone finally came out looking dazed, as if she was unsure of what to say. I jokingly told her that they must have donated my coffee to someone else and then drove off. I was really frustrated! It's disappointing that the usual efficient team wasn't working that day.

I ordered a freshly made Filet-O-Fish just after 9 PM on the grand finale night of our local fun festival, when everyone was eagerly awaiting the fireworks in the drive-thru line. Thankfully, there was no one ahead of me, and I placed my order for my only desired item. I was pleasantly surprised to be served in under 8 minutes and was back in my car in no time. Thank you, McDonald's!

I don't have many problems at this place and I understand most places are under staffed, but the breakfast should be extended by 5 to 10 minutes for those who have to sit in the line for 10 minutes or more, then finally order by 10:30 and they tell me that they don't serve the breakfast anymore. that's a little ridiculous to me, especially if you know that the line is not moving and they have one!

I made an order through the app. Unfortunately one of their machines was down and they could not complete my order. I contacted their office and they more than made up for the error. Staff has always been friendly and welcoming to me.
