My daughter-in-law went through the drive-thru and ordered a large Big Mac sauce on the side for her stepson. However, they put the sauce directly on his burger and charged her 50 cents for it. My daughter-in-law went through the drive-thru and ordered a large Big Mac sauce on the side for her stepson. However, they put the sauce directly on his burger and charged her 50 cents for it. When she asked if they could take the burger back and make a new one without the sauce and put it in a cup, they refused and said it would cost another 50 cents. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. They forced her to pay again just for a cup of Big Mac sauce that she had already paid for.
The food was served hot and fresh, and the service was quick and friendly.
I stopped by for breakfast, and the staff were incredibly friendly. It was a wonderful way to start the day!
The food is fantastic! I especially love the $3 basket of fresh, hot fries—it's always enough for my grandkids to share.
My burger was undercooked, and the fries were cold and overly hard. Overall, it definitely wasn't worth the time or money spent in the drive-thru.
