Mcdonald's - Kingsport

This 4star review is purely due to the 24hr drive thru! Given the limited options near the Knoxville airport, it was nice to have something open to grab a snack after a late flight.

Fast food?? not at breakfast. Cars are parked all over the place all the time all waiting for the breakfast they are tryin to grab in a hurry on their way to work. Please allow much time to visit this McDonalds, and DONT ORDER HASHBROWNS! They are always out and having to park people to wait. How long is the wait I asked, 2 minutes. Cool I parked. 9 Minutes later someone finally carries my order out along with all the others they have parked. So if you are in a hurry and need to grab and go, Dont go there! If it was once in a while no big deal but this is a daily operation. Waiting over 10 minutes for 6 out of 9 trips isnt really fast food. Pick it up Mcdonalds and help us continue to Love it! Thanks

Where do I begin , if I could give this McDonald's location a Zero I would...one star is being way to generous. Tonight around 10:45 pm I stopped by McDonald's to get a bite to eat. Been working from morning till night I was exhausted and hungry. I ordered a Quarter Pounder meal . Not only did I set in drive thru several minutes, only myself and one other car .I had to repeatedly say hello in order to get any response. After a few more minutes my order was taken, no problem the young lady at the window was pleasant and prompt with order. I leave McDonald's and proceeded to open and eat my food ,took a couple of bites of my burger to find the bread was soggy and when I turned on my cab lights in my truck I found this...see Pic below. All I tasted was grease, not only did it leak through the carbordpaper it was in I had grease dripping all over my clothes and my truck. I wouldn't have complained if it was just a messy burger but there was at least 2 tablespoons of grease in the container. I proceeded to go back thru drive through and asked for a manager, being very polite about it. The same young lady at drive thru was the evening manager,or so she said. I then handed the burger out thru my truck window to show her how much grease was in my burger container and asked her why was it ok to serve any customer something such as that. All I got was I'm sorry about that and that she couldn't squish or drain the grease from any of the burger products ,her manager told her she could not drain any grease from food. ..and that I could come back tomorrow and speak to her manager ,I did inform her that I would really appreciate if McDonald's would pay to have my clothes and truck to be cleaned , I came there to buy food to eat not have my stuff to be soaked with grease.. then she shut the drive thru window and walked away...politely dismissing me.. Hey I get it, burgers are supposed to be juicy, but not soaked in grease that pours out of bottom of the container and onto your clothes and vehicle...am I right? If this was just a little grease I would totally understand but this was excessive. I'm more than upset about this,I work hard for my money and belongings as do every customer that decides to spend money at their establishment. What happened by doing right by paying customers...it's our hard earned money that helps pay their salary. Hopefully this matter will be resolved.

Waited in line at the drive thru for 30mins the person took the other lanes orders but refused to take ours even though the other lane was empty

I wish I could leave no stars but you can't if you want to coffee keep driving to Dunkin. Next exit or you could stay there and they'll make you wait 10 minutes and you still won't get it.l, then they will look at you like you're stupid and that you don't know what you ordered.
