What Mike Stafford likes about Kay's:
I've eaten at Kays both at breakfast and lunch over various times. I loved both because the portions are very generous and is the best country style cooking anywhere in Kingsport,in my opinion, bar none. The breakfast is just like grandma used to make and they have the most tender tenderloin ive ever found. I love visiting this restaurant. The service is great and the environment very friendly.
