Chili's Grill - Kingsport

Worst service I've had in a long time. For me, it's not about how long I wait. It's about who is waiting on me. The bartender wasn't over friendly. I visit a lot of Chili's. This is the worst service I've ever had. I ordered an appetizer that had little burgers. They were hard, dry little black hockey pucks. I politely showed the bartender. She clearly didn't want to deal with it. I told her I was fine with new ones. It took 20 minutes but I was done with my food by then. When she came back with them I asked for a to go box. She was simply rude all the way around. I'd NEVER go back and I caution those who do go. She's got long black hair. She's an unhappy young lady.

Excellent place for a date night, a group of friends or a family. Always excellent food and drinks and you can sign up for specials and a birthday dessert for your birthday. Food quality at this location has always been excellent. This is one of our favorite places to visit in Kingsport. Wait staff is very attentive. Highly recommend this location!

Fantastic meal. I'm the only one in my family who likes this place so we don't get to go often, but recently sat down for a meal. One of our meals was mad incorrectly but they fixed it, took it off the bill (without us asking) and offered us a dessert on the house. Exceptional service and the food was wonderful.

Dirty and cold food. Silverware had hair and dead Nats stuck to it and greasy. Loaded mashed tators cold. Took 30 minutes to take order. wasn't busy) waited 45 minutes for are cold food. Steak cut like it was dehydrated for 3 days and then charred for flavor. Which it had no flavor. I heard every excuse with a $6 dollar discount. Never will I eat at that 1 star restraunt. Which I wish I could say no star rating.

First time going out to eat in a quite a while and was extremely disappointed tonight. Was quickly seated which was great but about 10 minutes goes by before anyone acknowledges that we are there. Our complete order was taken appetizer drinks main course. The table that came in well after us already had their drinks brought to their table before ours was taken. Not long after our order was taken the complementary chips and salsa was brought to our table with no silverware or napkins. About five minutes goes by and then our drinks were brought and they were great. Several more minutes go by and our main course is brought out. I was surprised and said wow we haven’t even gotten our appetizer yet. Without having a chance to further respond they took our main course back to the back and brought our our appetizer. At this point we still have not received silverware or napkins. We try to eat our appetizer which was spinach dip and ended up in a mess and I had to go find someone to get us napkins. After explaining to her that we didn’t have Annie and me holding a puddle of spinach dip in my hand she still did not give me napkins right away. I had to pull a paper towel from her stand that she uses to clean tables with and clean up myself and go back to my table. There we waited and she never came with a napkins. I flag down another person and asked for napkins and he immediately went and found some and brought to us. The main course is brought back out. The steaks were good but the mashed potatoes were very cold. Very disappointing to say the least and this first trip in a very long time.
