The staff is super friendly, and even though it's not the best fried fish i have ever had, the 3 or 4 piece fish combo with hushpuppies, fries and cole slaw is very good. View all feedback.

Nothing really wrong with the place, just didn't wow me enough to go higher. Kinda average at everything. Food is higher because I love the lobster rolls.; good enough for a quick stop on your way somewhere else, but I guess that is all fast food is meant to be View all feedback.
Food was good, our service was good, but there were some workers standing around gossiping.
Some of the best ladies up front working and guys in the kitchen. I eat there but more importantly I DoorDash so Im there alot. Very good and the counter person was nice in Kingsport, Tn.Much better than the lousy food and bad service at Bristol, Tn.
