Bojangles - Kingsport

I despise the silver thar Bojangles offers their customers to eat. The spores are terrible to try to eat with chickens. Why can't everyone offer a decent fork to eat. We ate breakfast and my husband couldn't get the chicken out of the bone. We have both arthritis and we don't like to eat with our fingers. GET SOME DECENT FORKS! Also our Gravy and cookies were hardly warm!!

Extremely good food, especially chicken? and all the fixation that go together to make a delicious meal. Great for the whole family. Very clean and beautiful atmosphere. Great customer service! You can quickly call it food, but in my opinion is a great meal and place to din!

This place used to give me a military discount on family dinners, but not anymore. They claim the 12pc. Chicken flour has been reduced enough!! So they lost a customer.

I almost gave up on Ol' Bo', but this place gave me exactly what I needed to preserve faith. I ordered a Cajun filling cheese on a light biscuit, seasoned fried and a coffee. The cookie was light and fluffy, the chicken was not hot, but light and warm enough, the seasoned frits were hot and light, the coffee was hot and fresh and the service was friendly and professional!!!

The line can be all the way out to the toad but you will only wait maybe 5mins to get to the order screen. The staff are VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. If the line looks to long trust me these staff members are on point and they have ever the team membership to push orders right through. Their food is VERY fresh and I promise you that you will not leave unsatisfied. Give them a chance and you and your family will make this your new go to place.
