This is the WORST papa Johns in northern michigan. Pizza is never cooked all the way so it is still doughy and if you place an online order it gives u an estimated time but expect to have to wait at least 20-35 mins longer than it shows. Great pizza and service! The boneless chicken wings are terrible though—stick to Buffalo Wild Wings for chicken!
Ordered from wrong store, owner took the hit at the other store and made my food in like 10 min. Didn't have to. Great food and people....get down here.....

Wasnt offer any compensation for the inconvience or even a coupon for the next time we order. Worst customer service EVER!
Waited in my car for the food they came out and gave it to us was a really nice touch when they didn't need to!
Matt was very attentive and kind over the phone for our carry out order, we really appreciated that! Pizza was hot n fresh and on time!
