Dairy Queen - Kingsland

We'll try in the month and still wrong. what is so hard on a simple and dry cheeseburger? pickles and lower? my deluxe nachos came in a taco box, not the round containers..and it is only 1/2 full in the smaller box.?

Staff was friendly and courteous. Had to wait a little bit for our food order but we expected that since we ordered chicken strips ?

7pm we ordered 2 number 8's. they informed us they had no gravy. which is unfortunately normal. instead they offered us nacho cheese, bbq, honey mustard or ranch. we ordered the nacho in place of the gravy since it was unavailable only the be charged 3.00 to sub or gravy for nacho cheese. why would we be charged we the gravy was unavailable. not only that but the nacho cheese was half jalapeno juice. We won't be back.

Waited almost 20 minutes for a 6 piece chicken strip basket... bread... cold. Fries... soggy. Chicken... reheated.Wouldn't even be posting this if I didn't sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes watching them serve other people and seeing them drive off with orders 3 to 4 times the size of my order. Had to ask where my food was then get this garbage.

So we went to the dairy queen and were not even there 5 minutes and watched two workers just fight and fight with each other because they have new systems that I totally understand, but was very unprofessional and should not be shouted and argued before customers I have worked fast eating for a long time and that is not good for the business
