The dimly lit setting with candles and ornate carved doors creates a tranquil atmosphere reminiscent of Ubud. The prices are also very reasonable, with dishes like the coconut curry costing only $19, compared to similar dishes at other restaurants for $35. My favorite dishes include Ikan Bakar (grilled fish), Rendang (coconut beef), Chicken Sate, Kangkung (water spinach with spices), es Cendol (a dessert made with crushed ice and Pandan leaf), and black sticky rice with coconut cream.

The crispy duck pancakes had too much dough and lacked a generous amount of duck, cucumber, and shallots. The Nasi Uduk dish also received a 4 out of 5 rating. The aromatic coconut rice was a standout, although the egg was on the salty side. The addition of prawn crackers provided a nice texture to this satisfying dish.
