The trend of Lebanese restaurants in London often reveals that while the food can be delicious, the service and staff management can leave much to be desired. Unfortunately, this restaurant is no exception. I'm curious about how they prepare their broth because it's fantastic! We ordered our falafel while they were making a subway sandwich, and both were delightful. The falafels, garlic sauce, hummus, and other sides were all very tasty, but it was the broth that truly elevated the falafel to something extraordinary! They even sell their broth, in case you want to make falafel at home and use their delicious broth as a sauce!
I really appreciate the pleasant atmosphere and music at this restaurant, whether it's for lunch or dinner. I enjoy coming here because of the excellent customer service provided by the staff. Most of the employees are Iraqi, and they always treat customers with professionalism and friendliness.
Sim Sim provides a variety of products to its customers. Its food is top quality. Sim Sims customer service is extremely friendly but unfortunately the food takes a long time to cook.
Ohh my God this place is amazingThey do open breakfast buffet on Sundays from 10 am to 1 pm and they did an exception today(Saturday on 1/01/2022), I tried their open buffet it is £10. Black tea, one bottle of water are also included. They have Iraki food in open buffet also contemporary open buffet along side. The owner is very friendly.the toilet is so clean. Their bakery section is also amazing. Their special product is Samoon. Gooo
