I order from this store a lot. When they are good, they're good. When they are bad, they're really bad. I ordered today and made the mistake of putting the tip on my card. After a 35+ minute ride in the driver's car, my pizza arrived barely warm and the lid was crushed down into the pizza. View all feedback.

I order from this store a lot. When they are good, they're good. When they are bad, they're really bad. I ordered today and made the mistake of putting the tip on my card. After a 35+ minute ride in the driver's car, my pizza arrived barely warm and the lid was crushed down into the pizza.
I didn't have an issue with food or customer service. Both were good. My issue is an employee parking in a handicap spot. The employee was blocking the striped areas which are specifically for loading and unloading handicap vans. I am myself am handicapped and the abuse of handicap parking is rampant. I just thought I'd let you know. It's not a good look.
Wrong stuff on pizza. You never get it right. An unpleasant experience every time.
Pizza ordered, 15 minutes later with pizza home. Both were delicious!
