Fantastic eating here every time of the day. great host also. the tellers are so big and they are full of food. my daughter had steak. my wife had lamming and I had fish and chips. although we are all chips with our meal kartoffels are an option.

Pleasant place with plenty of parking. Good food and friendly staff.

I decided to try out this pub after driving past it every day for work. The landlady was very friendly and the food was fantastic. I ordered the homemade steak and ale pie, which was delicious. For dessert, I had jam roly poly with custard - two big slices that left me feeling very full. The pub had a limited selection of lagers, but it is just a local village pub. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be back.

Came here with the Mr, kids and mother in law for a Sunday roast a couple of weeks back. It's a local pub so thought we would try what was on offer. The roast dinner was very average. Reasonable selection of vegetables of which you can go back for more of. Meat was lacking in flavour a bit and no stuffing! OK if you can't be bothered to cook but I probably wouldn't return on a weekly basis for the roast. I am very fussy though and hate frozen reheated substitutes. What the pub lacks with the food it makes up for with good friendly and helpful staff and a nice atmosphere.
