What littlegracie doesn't like about The Sandringham:
We were eventually shown to a table, it took 20 minutes before someone came to take our order. A further 20 minutes the drinks arrived but no food. A further 20 minutes we had finished our drinks but we still hadn’t received our food. We decided at this point (1 hour after arriving) to leave. The lady at the desk gave the excuse that there were coach parties but we didn’t see any evidence of this, she was quite rude... View all feedback. What Tracey C likes about The Sandringham:
My husband and I reserved Afternoon Tea and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were kind and accommodating. read moreAt Sandringham House's restaurant, experiences vary significantly. While some guests appreciate the charming ambiance and exceptional afternoon tea, featuring a delightful array of pastries and sandwiches, others express disappointment with slow service and mediocre food. Reports of lengthy wait times, disorganized service, and indifferent staff mar the dining experience for many. On a positive note, dog owners commend the warm welcome and thoughtful amenities for their pets. The atmosphere, coupled with friendly service when attentive, creates a unique setting worthy of exploration, but improvements are desperately needed in service efficiency and food quality for consistency.
