I had a terrible experience eating at this restaurant last week. The delivery was late by several minutes, and my tikka kebab arrived without a pitta bread. The manager was rude and unhelpful when I brought up the issue. The potato dishes were poorly prepared, greasy, burnt, and lacked flavor. It seemed like they had been boiled and reheated multiple times over several days. The chicken was watery and had a terrible texture. The employees were also rude and unwilling to address any issues. I suggest staying away from this place if you want a decent meal.

Using my postcode I ordered a pizza from royal spice at using just eat, I paid on card. The minimum delivery charge listed for my postcode was pounds so I purposely ordered enough to cover this and including delivery charge and car charge...the total bill was I got confirmation that my food would arrive at So I waited until before calling them too see how long it would be and the man on the other end of the phone was incredibly rude in telling my order was cancelled because the minimum order was despite the website saying other wise and when I tried to raise this point I was rudely talked over on the phone and was not listed to at all then he hung up on me. My girlfriend then called them back to ask about refund and potentially re ordering but yet again the man on the other end of the phone was unacceptably rude to her again, yet again talking over her claiming she wasn't listening when inactual fact he wasn't listening to a word she said, she was also told it would take minimum of an hour if we were to order now and bearing in mind it's on a Thursday night I think it is Ridiculous that it would take an hour when I'm minutes from the premises and was told it takes minutes to cook

Had several meals from here, food very well served good value for money and still hot after my minute's walk home.

I used to order food from here frequently during my weeks-long stay in King's Lynn, and the flavors were absolutely delightful. I will definitely be ordering from here again when I visit in the future.

Just the best chicken madras I have ever had. Chicken moist and just the right amount of spice. Mushroom bhaji delicious. paratha buttery but not greasy will definitely order again.
