Double Dragon Noodle

Ordered on deliveroo and had to bin all my food my bbq chicken was soggy and my caramel chicken some was dry as anything and some was pink wasted so much money for nothing all just to go to the bin normally it’s an amazing place to order from nothing was nice at all the salt and pepper potatoes didn’t taste like anything at all looked nice but didn’t taste nice and also to order a drink and not even receive it,, called up multiple of times and no one even answered, extremely disappointed

I used to visit here weekly about 7 or 8 years ago when you could get a large box for £4.50. Unfortunately prices have now more than doubled, a large box will set you back £10 i have happily paid on the assumption id get the same delicious food I did in times gone by but sadly the food quality has taken a big plunge. The chicken within the curries is mushy processed sludge, the salt and pepper chicken lacks any flavour at all and as do the noodles. I was unable to find even a slither of egg in what was advertised as egg fried rice and the rice itself was wet and oily. Will keep my memories of the lovely food this place used to whip up in the past I think won't be visiting again

The woman working at the restaurant today at noon, at 12:20 pm, was unresponsive and did not take our orders. The service was disappointing and the food was not enjoyable.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but unfortunately, the staff are very unfriendly, unresponsive, and inattentive. I ordered a small rice box with caramel chicken/salt and pepper chicken, but ended up with a plate of rice and only four or five small pieces of chicken. I have been a customer here for three years, but recently the customer service has been terrible. The staff often ignore or don't acknowledge customers. I paid £6 for a plate of rice and a few small pieces of chicken, along with poor service. This is a disappointing change from how things used to be.

I ordered from Deliveroo and found hair in my food! The vegetable spring rolls were saturated in sweet and sour sauce, making them a soggy mess. My order of noodles and rice with two toppings only came with hard rice and one topping, which I didn't even order. The quality of the food was poor and the presence of hair is completely unacceptable. I am shocked that they can charge for such low-quality food.
