Wendy’s offers a convenient stop with friendly, attentive staff who clearly care about customer service, especially in the drive-thru. The Big Bacon Classic Burger and chicken finger basket remain highlights, with fries perfect for dipping into a thick Frosty. While some find the new drinks overly sweet, the value, particularly the 4 for $4 deal, appeals to families. However, issues like occasional incorrect orders, slow service during busy or late hours, and poor management of basic ingredients (lettuce shortages) detract from the experience. The restaurant environment is inviting, though the surrounding area can be less maintained. Overall, solid but room for improvement.

Went late night just before closing. Food was mediocre but can't expect much when they are close to closing. Waited 10 minutes for food in the drive thru and i was the only car.
I stopped by on the way from Lot. Vegas to Grand Canyon.

Fast food is not good and good food is not fast..that being said it's better than most fast food burgers joints but like all fast food franchises ..not just them..they cook the burgers to a nearly burnt condition..no med rare to med well anymore due to meat borne illnesses over the years so it's near hockey puck burgers from now on..at all fast food burger franchises as the law mandates..not their fault just a fact of life nowdays
Went here because Popeyes was sold out of everything. I wish we had all gone here instead. The service in drive through was exceptional. Even with the language barrier (us being Australian) she was able to take our full order and got everything correct. The food was fresh and delicious.
