As is often the case these days, the restaurant was short-staffed, a reflection of how many people are reluctant to work. Her negative energy only added to the stress of the situation, and one of the employees took the brunt of her frustration, facing insults for not being quick enough. I couldn't help but feel sorry for the staff; it’s important for food to be cooked properly to ensure safety. I took a moment to encourage the young woman behind the counter, telling her to ignore the rude customer and wishing her a better evening. She looked like she was about to cry, and it really drove home the point that we should all strive to be kind to others—we never know what challenges they're facing.

I had to wait for a bit for my online pickup order, but fortunately, the staff was very reassuring and made sure to get my order to me as quickly as possible. I want to give a special shoutout to Chey for her outstanding customer service!

It's drive-thru only, but the young man who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. I was really pleased that they had my selection available.

Love panda always fresh and what you expect each time always feel refreshed and ready for my day after eating here.
