Okay took my son here for a pit stop and we landed at the food, the coffee is damn amazing, the staff is enormous and can big laugh when you are here. The coffee again took a cup, the eggs and hash browns was yo die for and the chicken friend Steak is amazing I loved it. I loved his pancakes and the bacon is huge. I would be back here for breakfast on the way to Phoenix thank you ladies View all feedback.
What Denys Butkevych doesn't like about Iron Skillet:
Very typical American service (or to be true its total absence). Wait to be seated like no one sees you, then wait for your table to be finally cleaned, then wait for your food for another 50 min even though there are just a few customers besides you, treat you like you're very unwelcomed to be there. And they still think you owe them tips. Sad but true. View all feedback.
The service here is very much typical of American dining—if you can call it that, given its complete lack of presence. You wait for someone to seat you as if you're invisible, then you wait for your table to finally be cleaned. After that, you wait an additional 50 minutes for your food, even though there are only a few other customers in the restaurant. The staff treats you as if your presence is an inconvenience, and yet they still expect a tip. It's a disappointing experience, to say the least.
When the waitress finally approached me, she rudely asked what I wanted to drink and then completely forgot to bring my water after I requested it along with my drink. When I inquired about gluten-free bread options, she laughed as if my allergy was a joke. I ended up waiting another 15 minutes just to ask another question so I could place my order, but ultimately decided to leave instead of eating, as I didn’t trust my waitress to handle my food properly. I would rate this experience a 0 out of 10 and do not recommend it. I enjoy Iron Skillet, but this restaurant really needs to improve its staff!
The food was amazing! I had the goulash with garlic bread and a sweet and spicy chicken bowl with Korean sauce. I also ordered sweet tea, and for just $3, I received a glass and a pitcher! I absolutely loved it!
This location went down the hill... From food to the service. Food was barely warm, baked potato was halfway cooked and Texas steerburger was rare n warm instead of medium well and hot.. Server Lindsay was rude and not welcoming yelling at the customerswhere they should or not to sit. Two servers on Sunday and more than half of dinning room is closed for no reason.
I?m not a fan of Iron Skillet but I wanted to try their new dish- Steak Rice Bowl. It was surprisingly good. I like the sweet zingy flavor. Presentation has never been their strong suit but here?s a photo of the dish.
