The work environment is also very negative, my managers... read more I read these reviews, and had been an employee there. I understand why people posted negative comments. The work environment is also very negative, my managers that would take the orders through the drive-through gave them very big attitudes. Especially customers they would order big orders, attitude in their voice, would sigh and knowing the customer can’t see them would roll their eyes and mimic them through the headset. This job has been the worst experience I’ve had. And I would not recommend people going there for coffee. They do nothing to make the workplace good, managers are disrespectful and treat you like garbage. So if you ever been treated disrespectfully there just know it won’t change. That’s why I walked out ??

Asked for a bacon egg and cheese bagel with cream cheese instead of american cheese and was told there was no possible way for it to be done, so I settled for a... read more Asked for a bacon egg and cheese bagel with cream cheese instead of american cheese and was told there was no possible way for it to be done, so I settled for a everything bagel with cream cheese. Went to eat the bagel and its burnt to a crisp. Return to the store and ask for a less burnt bagel. Employee gives me attitude for asking for a less burnt bagel. Gives me a new bagel and its almost just as burnt. Threw it in the trash.
