Subway - Kingdom City

We arrived at the restaurant and found a line, but once we were seated, we enjoyed our meal despite a few minor issues. Our server, Jordan, did a fantastic job with customer service. He smiled the whole time and didn’t take a break for over an hour. Jordan deserves a big raise for his hard work! Date of visit: 9/24/2022 at 7:30 PM.

I placed an online order for a specific pick-up time. When I arrived to collect my food, the staff hadn't even started preparing it. I requested a refund since, as a professional truck driver, my time is limited. I won't be returning to this restaurant.

5 stars! While it's not gourmet cuisine, it's far better than what I typically expect from a subway. The staff member working today was incredibly friendly and truly deserves recognition for their excellent service! I immediately noticed how clean and well-organized the food preparation area was, and all the ingredients were fresh and properly handled. I mentioned this to the staff member, and it was clear that they took great pride in maintaining such a clean workspace—they probably don’t hear compliments like that often enough. Keep up the great work! I’ll definitely be back for a chicken bacon rally next time.

Associate was very friendly and polite. great customer service and my sandwich were made right. thanks for going through the state and taking dinner.

But employee with the tattoos was very rude to my dad and kept yelling at him I recommend for him to get fired
