The Capital Grille - King of Prussia

Completely professional, from the reservation phone call to the last cup of coffee. Kona cooked to perfection, shrimp crab no comparison. Thank you David J for such outstanding service. Can't wait to return!

The service was excellent, the food is always was top-notch. There was a slight issue with our order that was packed up to be brought home, they had forgotten to give us one of our bags. I called, and the manager offered to remake the entire dinner along with all sides And was completely professional and cordial about it. I always appreciate great customer service and great management! We are very satisfied and will be back time and time again!

AN unusual visit for us. We typically come to capital grille because the service differentiates it from other places. Service was the weakest part of our recent visit. Maybe it was busier than expected or due to a number of larger parties. Food was good as well but nut fantastic as good as usual.

We get the Seafood Tower every time we come and all cities we visit, we were in our home city this night. The tower was perfect, though a little less crabmeat than usual this visit. We ordered the Parmesan fries and the lobster crab cake. The server raved about the lobster/ crab cake. I believe it was about $26 comes to $30 once you pay the tip. This is the worst item In the menu. It was a big medallion of mush. Just mushy bread filler with a hint of seafood pieces. This item is beneath the Capital Grill and shouldn't be on the menu at all. So the experience was very nice but we were certainly unhappy with this dish and we wished we had ordered something else that was of quality. Otherwise our dining experience was very nice. We'll stay away from the crab cake in the future.

Annual trip to TCG for BD celebration. Did not disappoint at all. Excellent service from start to finish, water glasses were never empty, finished plates cleared almost instantly and the meal was top notch. Both steaks were cooked perfectly, sides of mashed potatoes and asparagus were hot and tasty. Ran out of room to enjoy a few of the dessert specials, but as usual TCG brought over a mini cheesecake and chocolate torte, so we had no choice but to indulge. Nice to have a GC to offset the added lobster to dinner. It won't take a year to come back. See you soon.
