I liked this place. The Mocha Frappuccino I got tasted very good. However, they are forcing the use of paper straws, even when they don't have ones that reach all the way to the bottom of venti cups. If they brought back the plastic ones that reach all the way down and don't melt in your drink, I'd raise it to five stars. The downstairs Starbucks does not force paper straws. View all feedback.
Typical Starbucks location in the kop mall. Service was good. There are a few outlets available for your chargers.

By far my favorite Starbucks ever, the friendliest employees, the highest quality coffee and a very clean, positive and lively environment. For them to be a mall store, they absolutely go above and beyond with everything and obviously value their customers. Always quick to fix any mistakes and make the moment right! They are without a doubt the best, will be coming back soon.
Great location and always make my drink right! Best baristas who always make my drink perfect!! I love coming here to study and get some work done! Cozy atmosphere and clean environment!! The inside is always very clean and feels more comfortable to me than most other Starbucks locations!!
