I had a wonderful experience at this hotel thanks to the excellent staff! Everyone was incredibly helpful during my 4-day stay, with special shoutouts to Michael and Courtney. The only downside was the bartender, who seemed out of place. He was rude, unhelpful, and clearly not interested in serving guests. Unfortunately, he is the reason why I cannot give this hotel a perfect 5-star rating. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sheraton Valley Forge:
There was no housekeeping during a 4-day stay. Staff had to be reminded twice to bring basic sanitary products to the room. Desk clerks were totally unpolite. Drinks at bar were far too expensive and the barkeeper was a little bit spooky. Limited breakfast choices. View all feedback.
I admit that I was a little nervous after reading some reviews before our stay, but I can now confirm that we were well treated and our room was spacious, comfortable and immaculate. we demanded a higher space which was immediately accommodated, and all the essentials were there. we were only there for one night, so we didn't need the pleasant things, but my picky requirements for a short hotel stay were met. I'll return if I'm ever back in the opposite.

Perfect hotel, the king suite was great for parents with children. Plenty of space. Pool was a bit warmer than I would prefer but after a soak in the hot tub it was refreshing. The soundproofing was great, there was a prom going on in the ballroom but you couldn't tell from the room one floor below.
Really nice hotel, the room was nice and fairly spacious, bathroom was very big. However the water was ice cold, hot water took a very long time to kick in. The heat was also not working well we came in exhausted from being on the road the room was freezing when we walked in and the thermostat was on 72. I kicked it up a few degrees, took a shower, still the vent blowing ice cold air, kicked it up a few more degrees and passed out. Woke up a couple hours later and it was still freezing. I literally had to kick this thing up to 84 degrees to actually feel some heat coming out. Then it was like a sauna. It definitely put a damper on my stay. I wouldn't expect that from a new hotel especially one of this caliber and $200 a night. That's something you would expect in a roadside dump.
The room was what I expected and I have no complaints about it. The billing on the other hand has been a tremendous headache.I booked my stay with Amextravel, and paid in full before arrival. Then I was charged again by the Sheraton at checkout.I have all my receipts and it’s obvious the second charge was a wholesale room charge, but it’s been very difficult to get a refund. I’ve called the Sheraton without luck so now I’ve been going through a credit card dispute. At this point my one night stay has transformed into endless calls and and emails.I should have stayed at the four seasons or just slept in my car.
