North Italia In King Of Prussia

Our waitress asked us if we had allergies. We don't have children who don't like cheese. She said every meal was made to order. We ordered the chicken parmigiana without cheese. Any other meal was delivered to the table. He came to everything 10 minutes later with cheese. They took it from our bill, but my son basically sat and watched the rest of us eat and when his food came, it was not what he asked. We never go back.

Good food, nice variety in the menu. Nice place to gather with family/friends.

The food? Delicious and beautifully presented. The host/host team? Nice and efficient. Service? Kwan? was lovely. The ambience? Loved the mood and the atmosphere. Music was good. The only negative aspect of the evening was the volume of music. We sat in the center of the dining area and found it difficult to talk without increasing our voices and asking us to repeat. Would recommend and demand that the volume of music be revalued. Would definitely return, but probably eat outside or request another location in the dining room.

We had a wonderful waitress, and the food was delicious. However, it is on the expensive side for what you end up getting. For instance, where most Italian restaurants would offer you bread at the beginning of your meal, North Italia lists bread olive oil as a $6 appetizer, and you only get four pieces. Despite this, the food was still very good. Additionally, it did take quite a while for our food to come out. It was a Friday night, but it didn't seem busier than usual, and our waitress also seemed to be concerned with how long the food was taking. We still enjoyed our meal, overall.
